Saying goodbye

  MORE ABOUT PAINFUL DREAM (ENDING)
Anzu Uchiha got Mangekyo Sharigan thanks to Shinachiku and Himeko that pretended to be in love with each other with the aim of hurting the Uchiha. After that moment, Anzu took an important decision for herself. She’s decided to leave Konoha for living by herself. Following her ninja’s way. Despite she still loves Shinachiku and Shinachiku loves her, she “gave up” on him.
 “ I am a warrior, you’re warrior... We’re born to be ninjas…I can’t see my life with a family. I am not that kind of girl, also you should know it. But I admit I thought about marrying you. When I was child I also dreamed to marry a man stronger than me, this is also the reason because you became strong. But that just was a dream a little girl. Now my life is fighting, my life is showing how much I am strong…my life is being a ninja. I want to reach high levels. I want the perfection. But if I want to reach something like that, I have to give up other: My family, you and Konoha. I need to grow up and here it’s not right place.Really.” – Anzu Uchiha

 He’s accepted her decision to leave Konoha. When Anzu left, he didn’t have any kind of girls, he just followed Anzu’s ninja way. Focusing on his goals.Both kept to love each other but far away.

Instead Himeko’s decided to apologize with Hisoka for hurting him and also her sister. She also talked about her feelings for him, because when she pretended to be Shina’s girlfriend, she’s started to feel something for Uchiha.
 “I knew everything . I am a ninja, I have a great ability to analyze any kind of situations. You cannot trick me easily. I am also a good actor, so I am also able to trick you everytime I want.” – Hisoka Uchiha
At the end, they’ve started to date seriously.

For activing Mangekyo Sharingan, Shinachiku and Himeko had to kiss each other in front of Anzu. Also because Anzu never believed in relationship between Himeko and Shinachiku. So she didn't get mad at all...jealous but nothing more.
Then Shinachiku was not the first kiss of Himeko.
Hisoka kissed her. She has received a sudden kiss and He also got even a slap from her.

Sasuke knew everything, (not about kiss) but about the plan, because he wanted to realize Anzu's dream. So he asked to Shinachiku.
Who's stopped Anzu during little-Uchiha's attack against Himeko... was Sasuke.
Then because of stress Anzu had a fever.
When Naruto and Karin knew they got mad with Sasuke and Shinachiku...
